Yoga - The Journey of the Self, to the Self, through the Self...
Yoga to me is an ongoing journey of self-discovery. It helps to find inner peace, to observe and explore the true authentic self, to surrender and to trust the universe.

It is through movement that we are able to embody the highest teachings from God/Source. Yoga provides a structure and it is up to you to show up, to connect with your breath, and to find your unique rhythm and transcendental flow.

Yoga gives me the strength to follow my truth / trust my intuition and to fiercely love and honour myself.
Through the practice of yoga I am able to balance my energy whilst allowing myself the freedom to unleash both sides of my personality. One side is energetic adventurous, playful and fun loving. The other side is emotional, mysterious, deep, and thoughtful.

When I was first guided to yoga I couldn’t touch my toes and barely managed to work out which foot was left or right. With discipline and practice I have gotten a little bit better at this. But I realized that there was so much more to yoga than the physical posture. That yoga is more about the feeling and what it does for your inner enlightenment.

Each time I step on the mat, I am faced with my true self. I have become addicted to the clarity of mind and the desire to learn to live from the heart.
​
My yoga instruction is with compassion, great care, and a spirit of adventure. I honour the tradition but am inspired by the artistic flow. I practice Vinyasa flow for the physical and mental challenge, and recognising I need to be kind to myself on a regular basis. I practice Hatha & Yin for balance, healing and nurturing.
